Our chef and culinary staff have been preparing many wonderful food and wine items for you!

Here is an idea of what we have here at the Chef's Kitchen:

Lunch and deli items:
We feature Boar's Head meats and cheeses shipped in fresh and La Brea breads for our sandwiches baked in our kitchen daily plus large fresh salads! Click on our menu button to view our current menu and keep in mind that we change things often! We are constantly looking for ways to improve what we do and make them tastier!

Fresh Seafood:
We have two sources for fresh seafood and often have inventory that is less than 24 hours off the dock! Ask about our frozen selection also which is still amazing in quality and freshness! Varieties of both fresh and frozen often include cod Whitefish, marlin, salmon, arctic char, orange roughy, Mahi-mahi, lake perch and of course fresh shrimp and FRESH LOBSTERS which can be steamed by us while you wait!

Wines from around the globe:
Chef Paul attended Wine Spectator's "Top 200 Wines" show and exhibit in Las Vegas and has chosen a dazzling array of wines from Chile, Spain, Italy, Austraila and more. Our wines start at $9.99. If you hope to serve a fine wine with a special meal or are just looking for an interesting new wine, we can advise you on the appropriate pairing of our wines with your favorite foods. Check in often as we are constantly on the look out for the latest in fine wines. Note that we can special order just about any rare or special wine you may want.
